摘要
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)测定水体中苄嘧磺隆残留量的方法。实验确定了固相萃取方法,优化了萃取条件,有效去除干扰成分。高效液相色谱采用EclipseXDB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm)柱分离,以甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸(70∶29.5∶0.5,V∶V)为流动相,紫外检测波长为250nm。结果表明该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,能满足水体中苄嘧磺隆残留分析要求。
Bensulfuron-methyl residues in water was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with solid phase extraction (SPE). The techniques of SPE including the activation of the SPE column, elution conditions of samples and elimination of interference were optimized. The separation was performed in a Eclipse XDB-C18 (4. 6mm i. d × 250mm, 5μm) and methanol,water and acetic acid as mobile phase,and detected at 250nm. The method is convenient, rapid,sensitive and accurate,and was used to analyze the residues of Bensulfuron-methyl in water.
