高强度钢已加工表面完整性的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 已加工表面完整性在很大程度上决定工件的表面性能,它也是选择工艺条件的重要参考依据.本文首先介绍了高强度钢已加工表面完整性的重要性及研究的必要性,然后论述了国内外学者在已加工表面完整性几何特征和物理特征研究取得的最新成果,接着介绍了在高强度钢已加工表面完整性建模方面所取的进展.为了给实际加工工艺提供理论依据,文章还分析了表面完整性对工件表面性能影响的理论成果,最后本文对已加工表面完整研究的热点和发展方向进行了展望. Workpiece performance is decided by its machined surface integrity to a great extent,and surface quality is a very important index to choose suitable process.In this paper the importance and necessity of researching on machined surface integrity,and then this paper introduces the latest achievement on geometry characteristics and physical characteristics of surface integrity,also this paper introduces the achievement of modeling for surface integrity both at home and abroad.To provide theoretical basis for practical processing,the effect of surface integrity on workpiece performance is also discussed,and finaly research development trend of surface is prospected in this paper.
