摘要
通过扫描电镜观察GH4169高温合金常温与高温低周应力控制疲劳断口的宏观形貌与微观形貌,用断裂力学理论分析了GH4169高温合金疲劳断口的宏观形貌和微观形貌的特征。
The macroscopic feature and the microcosmic feature of low cycle fatigue fracture sections of superalloy GH4169 at room temperature and at 650℃ have been studied. Three main aspects of nickel based superalloy GH4169 have been analyzed with fracture theories, including the process of fatigue fracture, the macroscopic feature and the microcosmic feature of fatigue fracture section and influence of surface integrity on the macroscopic feature and the microcosmic feature of fatigue fracture.
