摘要
通过切削试验研究了高速铣削淬硬钢时刀具变量中的几何参数(铣刀的前角、后角、螺旋角)、工件变量(工件硬度)和切削参数变量(铣削速度、每齿进给量)对加工表面粗糙度的影响。根据对试验结果的分析得出高速铣削淬硬钢工件表面粗糙度的变化规律。
The influence of the different geometric parameters of the milling cutters (the rake angles, clearance angles and helix angles) ,the hardness of workpiece and the cutting parameters(the milling speed,the feed of per tooth)on the surface roughness of milled workpiece is studied with the experiments of high-speed milling hardened 40CrNiMoA and Cr12MoV steels. The change rule of surface roughness of the milled workpiece is obtained by analyzing the experimental data.
