糖尿病肾病血和尿NGAL水平观察 被引量：13

摘要 近年来，我国2型糖尿病的发病率不断上升，由此引发的各种慢性微血管并发症也在增多，糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症，也是终末期肾功能衰竭的主要原因。糖尿病肾病的确切发病机制不明，蛋白尿是最常见的临床表现，最近有研究认为肾小管功能紊乱在糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的形成中发挥着重要作用，
