2型糖尿病患者血清NGAL水平与早期糖尿病肾病的关系被引量：1

The relationship between serum Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin level and diabetic nephropathy

摘要目的:探讨2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(serum Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,sNGAL)水平与早期糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)的关系。方法:测定23例健康对照者,30例单纯2型糖尿病患者,36例早期DN患者的sNGAL水平,将sNGAL水平与体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、UAER、FBG、hs-CRP之间进行相关分析。结果:早期肾病组sNGAL水平高于单纯糖尿病组及正常对照组(265.4±17.5vs208.9±13.9vs50.6±6.7ng/L,P<0.05和P<0.01)。sNGAL水平与空腹血糖(FPG)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、24小时尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)呈正相关(P分别<0.05,<0.01,<0.05,<0.05)。结论:早期DN患者sNGAL水平明显升高,NGAL可能在DN的发生发展中起了一定的作用。 Objective：To investigate the relationship between serum Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin（NGAL） and the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Method：23 healthy subjects of control group,30 T2DM patient,36 early stage of diabetic nephropathy patient were selected.The serum level of NGAL was measured in each group.The correlations between sNGAL and BMI,WHR,HOMA-IR,FPG,hs-CRP were analysised.Result：The sNGAL levels in patient with DN were significantly higher than that in control and T2DM groups.There were positive correlation between the sNGAL and FPG,hsCRP,HOMA-IR,UAER（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclution：The serum level of NGAL is increased in the early stage of DN group.NGAL may play a great role in the development of diabetic nephropathy.
