摘要
目的:建立测定藿香中甲基胡椒酚含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法。色谱柱为DB-5石英毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),进样口温度为230℃,检测器温度为300℃,流速为1.0mL.min-1,载气为氮气,不分流进样,进样量为1μL。以外标法定量。结果:甲基胡椒酚的检测浓度在0.02~2.00g.L-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为103.93%,RSD=2.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于测定藿香中甲基胡椒酚的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of estragole in Agastache rugosa. METHODS: The contents of estragole was determined by GC with DB-5 fused capillary (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm) column at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min^-1.The temperature of injector and detector were 230 ℃ and 300 ℃. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas with splitless inlet and injection volume was 1 μL using external standard method. RESULTS: The linear ranges of estragole was 0.02-2.00 g. L^-1(r=0.999 3)with an average recovery of 103.93% (RSD=2.1%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, simple and accu- rate for the content determination of estragle in A. rugosa.
