摘要
结合ATP的思想,以按订单生产的具有分布式多工厂的企业为背景,同时考虑各工厂地理位置、生产能力、库存限制、运输能力与客户满意度等因素,建立了面向ATP的多工厂订单决策与生产计划集成的优化模型,并通过模型性能实验,分析了企业计划周期、调度间隔期等参数对企业利润的影响.
By considering factors such as plant geographic position,production capacity,inventory restriction,transport capacity and customer satisfaction etc.,an order decision and production planning integrated ATP model was developed for assemble-to-order multi-plant manufacturer.Finally,a series of performance analysis experiment was conducted to reveal the impact of some key factors such as planning horizon,batch interval etc.on overall profit.
