摘要
虚拟企业由于其协作策略以及信息集成程度的差异,造成生产计划排程的困难,传统的对多工厂排程虽然解决了计划对象的分布性问题,但其计划主体仍然强调是集中化的,并不适用于庞大的虚拟企业协作群体。分析了扩展企业环境下生产计划排程的特殊性,以我国毛纺织行业为例,研究了一种计划主体和计划对象皆具有分布式特征的、面向大规模协作群体和长生产流程环境下的动态分布式计划模式,根据不同环节的生产组织的特征不同,划分为多个不同的计划域,基于协作理论建立了一个“虚拟企业-计划代理-结点企业”的三层计划体系,描述了其功能框架及其工作原理。
Since the variation of cooperation strategy and integration, the production plan of Virtual Enterprise （VE） has its complexity. The traditional multi- location plants planning system resolves the problem of distributed object of planning, but not the distributed model. It analyzes the characteristics and conditions of the centralized planning and distributed planning in the extended enterprise environment, and takes the Wool - Textile industries as a example. Under the conditions of massive cooperation group and multi-process, it studies a dynamic distributed planning schema with the distributed objectives and planner. Based on cooperation theory, it builds a three- layer ＂VE- Planning Agent- Notes enterprise＂ planning schema, describes the function framework and running mechanism.
