摘要
目的研究公安院校低年级大学生的心理压力因素。方法以警察院校994名低年级大学生（男生778人,女生216人）为研究对象,采用自编问卷调查和探索性因素分析的方法。结果公安院校低年级大学生的心理压力因素有：人际关系和自我意识压力、求职就业压力、家庭期望和学校管理压力、集体压力。自编问卷的α系数为0.87,各分量表的α系数是0.65~0.80;重测信度是0.91~0.97。结构效度较好。结论公安院校低年级大学生的心理压力因素有4个。在该研究中使用的调查问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
Objective To explore psychological stress factors of junior students in police college. Methods A total of 994 students were tested by the methods of self-made questionnaires and exploratory factor analysis. Results Stress factors of junior students in police colleges included pressures from relationships and from self-awareness ,pressures from job employment and family expectations and from school management,and collective pressure. Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of self-made questionnaires was 0.87, and those of those subscales were between 0.65-0.80,and test-retest reliability coefficient were between 0.91- 0.97 ,and con- struct validity was good. Conclusion Stress factors of junior students in police colleges are consisted of 4 factors. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
