摘要
目的:了解大学生的心理健康水平以及高年级毕业生和低年级新生的心理状况及其相关因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查医科大学生,与正常青年组及综合大学学生组对照,低年级大学生组与高年级大学生组对照。结果:医科大学生SCL-90除“敌对”因子一项与全国正常青年组差异不显著外,其余8个因子分和阳性项目数的均值都略高于正常青年组,医科大学生SCL-90除躯体化因子和阳性项目数两大类无显著性差异外,其余8个因子的项值都低于综合大学学生,高年级毕业生组各因子分和阳性项目数的均值都略高于低年级大学生组。提示:医科大学生的心理健康水平略低于正常青年的心理健康水平,但高于综合大学学生的心理健康水平,毕业生的心理健康水平低于其他年级大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective:To understand the psychological health and correlation factor of students, psychologic status of graduate and new students and provid the theoretical evidence for psychological health education in an institution of higher lemming. Methods: The people were allocated to five groups as follows: medical student, youth, university student, graduate and new student. SCL - 90 was used to study the psychological health. Results: The results showed that there were 8 factors and positive items were higher in medical student than youth and another 8 factors were lower than university student, positive items and mean of factors were higher in graduate than new student. Conclusion: Psychological health is lower in medical student than youth but higher than university student and lower in graduate than new student.
