摘要
我国对于产业技术创新战略联盟这种组织形式的研究还处于起步阶段。江西省多数行业内的大多数企业普遍实力较弱,技术创新战略联盟构建存在相当多的困难,难以引领产业技术进步和技术赶超。文章针对当前产学研结合存在的主要问题,对产学研战略联盟的理论、重要意义进行了再认识,对实践问题进行了有益探讨,针对性地提出了构建技术创新战略联盟的思路、指导原则及发展机制,并提出了相应的对策建议和研究展望。
The research on the industry technology innovation strategy alliances in our country is still in its infancy.Most enterprises in Jiangxi Province are generally weak,and there are many difficulties in constructing the technology innovation strategy alliance,which make it difficult to make technical progress and technical overtaking.Aimed at the main problems of the cooperation among production-learning-research,this article has recognized the theory and significance of technology innovation strategy alliance,conducted effective discussion about the practical problem,put forward line of thoughts,guideline,and development mechanism for establishing technology innovation strategy alliances,and raised the related suggestions and research outlook.
