摘要
当前我国的产学研合作模式创新还存在着一定的障碍。为了使产学研合作能够适应经济发展方式转变的需求,政府应当着力推动产学研战略联盟的构建,同时加强对科技创新的公共服务职能,以有效地防范产学研合作过程中的各种风险。
There are some barriers for the model innovation of industry-university-research in China now.The government should take all kinds of strategies in order to encourage the construction of industry-university-research union and take precautions of legal risks.
