摘要
产学研结合是加速科技成果转化的有效途径,也是创新型城市建设的重要组成部分。美、欧、日等发达国家在长期的产学研合作过程中积累了许多成功经验和做法,借鉴发达国家产学研合作经验,通过政策引导、机制创新、平台搭建等一系列措施,加快建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、政产学研相结合的技术创新体系,推动常州产学研合作工作深入开展,加快常州创新型城市建设步伐。
Industry-Academy-Research cooperation is both the effective approach to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievement and the important part of building innovation city.The developed countries obtained much successful experience after long-term Industry-Academy-Research cooperation.By learning their experience,Changzhou has promoted the level of Industry-Academy-Research by policy leading,mechanism innovation,agency building,etc.and accelerated the course of building innovation city.
