Optimization with response surface method on sweet almond oil extraction

摘要 以辽西地区大扁杏为原料,利用酶法提取杏仁油。选取料液比、酶用量及酶解时间3个因素,采用响应面实验设计,优化分离杏仁油的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:料液比为1:5.3,碱性蛋白酶1.1%,中性蛋白酶0.9%,酶解时间132min(碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶分别为66min)。在此工艺条件下,杏仁油提取率为39.88%,说明响应面法优化杏仁油提取工艺参数效果较好。 Da Bian apricot from westhern Liaoning was used as material to extraction sweet almond oil with enzymatic method.The optimum extraction parameters of almond oil were obtained with the response surface method with selecting material-liquid ratio,enzyme additivity and extration time as three factors.The results showed that the optimum parameters of sweet almond oil were material-liquid ratio 1:5.3,enzyme additivity with alkaline protease 1.1% and neutral protease 0.9%,and extraction time 132min(alkaline protease and neutral protease 66min each).The extraction percentage of sweet almond oil was 39.88% under optimum parameters,which exhibited good effects of response surface method in optimizing parameters of almond oil extraction process.
