摘要
目的:研究金银花不同醇浓度提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用。方法:利用不同浓度的乙醇(0%、25%、50%、75%、95%)进行回流提取得到5种提取物。通过电子自旋共振(ESR)和自旋捕集技术,以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH)体系,检测金银花不同浓度醇提物清除DPPH自由基的能力。结果:金银花不同浓度醇的提取物,0%乙醇(水)、25%乙醇、50%乙醇、75%乙醇、95%乙醇提取物清除DPPH自由基能力,IC50值分别为897.12、404.31、353.28、195.75、319.42μg.mL-1。结论:通过比较金银花的不同浓度醇提物对DPPH自由基清除能力,可知金银花75%醇提物清除DPPH自由基的能力最强。
Objective:To investigate the scavenging effects of different ethanol extracts from Lonicera japonica on DPPH free radicals by electron spin resonance (EPR). Methods: Five extracts from Lonicera japonica were obtained at different concentrations of ethanol: 0 %, 25%, 50%, 75% and 95% by refluence. 1. 1- diphenyl--2--pierylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical system was measured by electron spin resonance (ESR). The scavenging effects of different extracts from Lonieera japonica on the DPPH free radical were calculated. Results:The IC50 (μg·mL-1) (the scavenging effects of different ethanol extracts from Lonicera japonica on DPPH free radicals hy EPR) were 897. 12, 404.31, 353.28, 195.75 and 319.42 in turn. Conclusion:The IC50 of the scavenging effect of 75% ethanol extract from Lonicera japonica shows maximum compared with the others.
