摘要
基于2n配子育种在马铃薯、苜蓿、鸭趾草、红三叶草、越桔、辣椒、百合等作物育种实践中的应用,梳理了其应用具有的创造新的变异、转移优良目标基因等方面的现实意义,进而在介绍其诱导、发生机制的基础上,简述了2n配子研究及应用存在的问题及发展前景。
The 2n gametes play an important role in plant evolutionary process. At present, spontaneous and induced 2n gametes have been applied in crop breeding practice of potatoes, alfalfa, tradescantia virginiea, red clover, blueberries, chili, Lilium brownie, and separately obtained good effect. This paper present the induction of plant 2n gamete and its formation mechanism, breeding significance and application conditions in plant genetics and breeding at home and abroad, illustrating the problems of 2n gametes application and future development.
