摘要
以 2n花粉发生频率较高的甜柿品种‘禅寺丸’为试材 ,研究影响 2n花粉形成的减数分裂行为。结果表明 :2n花粉形成受融合纺锤体 (fusedspindles) ,八字形纺锤体 (trianglespindles)及后期Ⅱ染色单体不正常分离 (abnormaldisorientationofsisterchromatid) 3种减数分裂行为控制 ;融合纺锤体及八字形纺锤体形成的 2n花粉占 2n花粉总数的 94.8%,在遗传上等同于FDR (firstdivisionrestitution ,第 1次分裂重组 )型配子 ;由姊妹染色单体不正常分离形成的 2n花粉在遗传上等同于SDR (seconddivisionrestitution ,第 2次分裂重组 )型配子。甜柿 2n花粉绝大多数为FDR型 ,因而在倍性育种中有重要的应用价值。
The objective of this study was to determine the cytological origin of 2n pollen in'Zenjimaru' persimmon. Pollen mother cell analyses revealed that 2n pollen resulted from fused spindles,triangle spindles,or abnormal disorientation of sister chromatid during metaphase Ⅱ and anaphase Ⅱ of microsporogenesis.94.8% of 2n pollen formation was controlled by fused spindles and triangle spindles,which were genetically equivalent to first division restitution(FDR)type of gamete formation.The other 2n pollens were genetically equivalent to second division restitution(SDR)type of gamete formation.Thus 2n pollen produced from Zenjimaru persimmon can provide potential value for polyploidy breeding in persimmon.
