摘要
目的:测定裸花紫珠药材中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC,色谱条件为Dikma Diamonsil C18(钻石)(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%醋酸(16∶84)为流动相,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长332 nm,柱温室温。结果:毛蕊花糖苷在8.24～206 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),加样回收率为98.74%,RSD为2.31%(n=6),重复性RSD为2.12%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于裸花紫珠药材的质量控制。
Objective：To determine the content of verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora.Method：HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows：Dikma Diamonsil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid（16∶84）,flow rate at 1 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength at 332 nm.Result：The linearity of verbascoside was good in the range 0f 8.24-206 mg·L^-1（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery was 98.74%,RSD was 2.31%,with good repeatability RSD was 2.12%,（n=6） Conclusion：The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used to control the qualitv of C.nudiflora.
