摘要
峨眉黄连作为一种重要的濒危药用植物资源,由于其用药历史悠久、分布区狭小、野生资源日益稀少而受到极大关注.根据文献记载和产地调查,落实峨眉黄连调查地点32个,实际有野生峨眉黄连的现存分布点20个,调查范围涵盖历史记载和现实分布区的峨眉山市、眉山市洪雅县、峨边县、荥经县等地,调查发现,目前仅在洪雅县瓦屋山及周围、峨眉山市峨眉山及周边发现有峨眉黄连分布,其目前的实际分布面积约为360 ha,野生药材蕴藏量约为2 000 kg,年最大允许采挖量约为200 kg.峨眉黄连野生资源存在的主要问题是生态环境独特、自然繁殖更新困难、栖息地破碎化与减少及保护缺位等.认为建立峨眉黄连野生种群定位保护点,加强引种驯化与资源开发潜力研究,实现大面积人工栽培是保护峨眉黄连物种资源的根本途径.
As an endangered medicinal plant of Chinese traditional medicine,Coptis omeiensis attracts extensive attention due to its long-history of medicinal use,small distribution region,and gradual decrease of the wild population in recent decades.According to the distribution record of this plant and investigation of planting regions,more than 30 sites were elected and investigated.There are 20 distribution sites for wild populations around Emei city,Yahong county,Ebian county,Yingjing county of Meishan.The investigation results show that there are no more than 360 ha for the distribution of wild resource population of Coptisomeiensis,and about 2 000 kg（dry matter of root） in total can be used for medicinal purpose.It is estimated the annual maximum permitted harvest mass should be 200 kg（dry matter of root） for sustainable existence of the wild population.The main problems of the wild plants are the followings：because of the special growth environment,it is difficult for them to propagate naturally,the habitat area is decreasing and falls to pieces and their protections are not enough.It is suggested that protection sites be set up for the wild population,introduction of variety as well as domestication and the development of the resources be strengthened to realize man-made planting,which are an essential way for protecting the wild Coptis omeiensis.
