摘要
探索三角叶黄连和峨眉黄连花的内源性激素对种子形成的影响。用高效液相色谱法测定2种黄连的初花期、盛花期和末花期的花中3种内源性激素的含量并进行分析。峨眉黄连花3个时期中的赤霉素、吲哚乙酸和脱落酸的含量均呈下降趋势。在初花期,3者的含量均高于三角叶黄连。三角叶黄连中赤霉素、吲哚乙酸在3个时期含量变化不大,略呈上升趋势,脱落酸含量则呈下降趋势。结合2种黄连的传粉学与花粉粒形态研究分析,在开花正常情况下,赤霉素和吲哚乙酸的含量与变化,可能与花粉粒是否发育正常关系密切,2种黄连脱落酸含量与下降趋势的一致性,说明对花粉粒的发育无关。该研究为进一步寻求三角叶黄连花粉粒发育异常,不能形成种子的成因奠定了一定基础。
To explore the effects of endogenous plant hormones in the flowers on seed development of Coptis deltoidea C.Y. Cheng et Hsiao anti C. omeiensis( Chen)C. Y. Cheng. The contents nf three kinds of plant hormones( GA3,IAA ,ABA)in bud ,blooming and bloomed period were determined by using HPLC. The contents of three hormones in C. omeiensis were down/rend ,lint all of them were. higher than C. deltoidea;The contents of GA3 and IAA in C. deltoidea had litde change in these three perils'is,and showed an increasing tendency,and the ABA a decreasing tendency. Under normal condition, the contents of GA3 and IAA were closely related to the development of pollen grain, and the decreasing tendency of ABA showed no correlation with the development , according to research and analysis for the pollination and pollen grain of the tow plants. It was established the foundation for further study on cause of the dysplasia of pollen grain of Coptis deltoidea and no seeds.
