摘要
内部教学质量保障体系是指院校在确定质量目标的基础上,建立科学的教学质量标准、质量管理程序、制度和规章,运用测量和评价等手段,控制教学系统各要素的运行状态,协调各要素间的相互关系,不断纠正与质量目标间的偏差,形成在质量上能够自我约束、自我激励、自我改进、自我发展的有效运行机制,确保人才培养质量能符合社会、个体、学校的需要。高职院校教学质量保障体系由教学管理系统、教学质量标准系统、教学质量监控系统、教学质量评价系统、教学质量支持系统有机构成。
The internal quality assurance system is built on the quality objectives set up by colleges and constitutes scientific criterion used for assessing teaching quality and measurements, quality supervision procedure, quality policies and regulation. It puts elements of teaching system under control, coordinates correlation between elements, and adjusts teaching system constantly to live up to the quality objectives. In this way, the self controlling, stimulating, improving and developing procedure can efficiently guarantee that the college education can meet the demands of economic developments; individuals and schools. Therefore, the paper puts forward that the teaching management system, teaching quality criterion system, quality supervision system and appraising system and quality supportive system should be reasonably integrated into the quality assurance system.
