摘要
高职院校在全面实施工学结合的过程中,新的人才培养模式对传统的教学质量保障体系形成了较大的冲击,亟待构建与之相适应的高职教学质量保障体系,即以校企合作平台为依托,构建教学管理组织系统;以教学制度建设为依据,构建教学管理运行系统;以实训过程管理为重点,构建教学质量控制系统;以行业企业参与为要素,构建教学质量评价系统;以教学质量文化为先导,构建教学服务支持系统。
In the course of implementing the work-study combined model in vocational colleges, it is critical to create a new teaching quality assurance system to adapt to the traditional one, for the former poses a great impact on the latter.It can be achieved by establishing the organization system of teaching management with the school-enterprise cooperation as the foundation, the operation system of teaching management with the construction of teaching system as the basis, the control system of teaching quality with the training process management as the center, the evaluation system of teaching quality with the participation of enterprises and industry as the core, and establishing the supporting system of teaching service with the teaching quality culture as the guide.
