摘要
采用搅拌摩擦加工技术(FSP)制备多壁碳纳米管增强铝基(MWCNTs/Al)复合材料,并对其复合材料的硬度、均匀性进行了研究。5道次FSP后添加多壁碳纳米管MWCNTs/Al复合材料的平均显微硬度值为78HV,是母材的1.68倍。开尔文探针试验表明,碳纳米管在MWCNTs/Al复合材料中分布均匀。
Multi-walled Carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by friction stir processing(FSP).The hardness and uniformity of the composites were studied.After five times of FSP,the average microhardness of the composites reaches 78HV,which is 1.68 times of the base metal.Kelvin probe test shows that MWCNTs in the aluminum matrix composite are distributed uniformly.
