基于自整角机的角度跟踪系统虚拟仪器化设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前自整角机/轴角数字转换专用芯片检测方法(SDC)无法直接检测谐波、功能单一、灵活性差等缺点,在分析了含谐波的角度解算工作原理的基础上,设计并开发了基于虚拟仪器的角度跟踪系统。该系统硬件采用PC-DAQ结构方案,保留原有的角度传感器平台,增加虚拟仪器开发平台。系统软件采用LabVIEW8.5,运用LabVIEW函数库实现数据采集、时频分析与数字滤波、角度解算、数据动态显示等多种功能。软件测试表明:该系统能够实现预期功能,并具有检测精度高、扩展性好等优点。 The current implementation of SDC detection methods have many drawbacks, such as cannot detect harmonics, poor flexibility and single function. The angle tracking system based on virtual instrument was developed on the basis of working principle of angle computing containing harmonics. The PC-DAQ structure scheme was adopted for hardware of this system, the sensors test-bed were reserved, a new virtual instrument test-bed was used. The software of this system was developed based on LabVIEW8. 5, funtion library of LabVIEW was used to develop functions, the example to data acquisition, time-frequency analysis and digital filter, angle decoding and dynamic data display. Software test shows that this system can achieve the expecting functions and has the advantages of high accuracy and good expansibility.
