摘要
为了加深对连续挤压技术的认识,需要进行一定的实验研究。在封闭的高温高压连续挤压环境下,采用国产BE120-02AA(11)型电阻应变计和WRKK103型热电偶,再配合动态应变仪和XMZ602智能变送仪来分别获取挤压应力和挤压温度信号,并利用PCI-9111型多功能数据采集卡,在LabVIEW平台下,建立检测分析系统,从而实现多通道的实时数据采集,同时对所采集的数据进行存储、回放和回归分析。通过深入分析,不仅提出了改进机器性能的新方法,并且通过与数值模拟结果的比较验证了模拟结果的正确性。
In order to deepen the understanding of continuous extrusion technology, some experiments should be done. The domestic resistance strain gauge (BE120-02AA( 11 ) ) and the thermocouple (WRKK103) were adopted in a closed continuous extrusion environment with high temperature and high pressure; and then the dynamic strain gauge and the intelligent instrument (XMZ602) were matched to respectively obtain extrusion stress signals and extrusion temperature signals. This paper set up the testing and analysis system with the multifunetion data acquisition card of the Adlink ( PCI-9111 ) by means of the software Lab- VIEW to achieve a multi-channel real-time data acquisition and realized the data storage, data play-back and data regression analysis. According to the analysis result, new methods are advised to improve the machine functions, and validate the numerical simulation ' s correctness.
