摘要
为了对生产线上螺纹钢自动计数,提出一种基于计算机视觉的自动检测系统。该系统利用CCD图像传感器获取实时图像,提取图像中的边界、灰度均值及灰度梯度分布3种信息进行数据融合,并结合多次阈值分割联合判断,达到自动计数的目的。实际应用结果表明该方法具有很高的精度。
In order to automatically count the whorl steel in the product-line,an automatic detect system based on the computer vision was presented.The system uses CCD camera to capture on-line and real-time image,the information including the edges,the value of gray degree and the distribution of gray gradient obtained respectively from the image,have been fused to get more accurate result.The result was combined with the threshold value multi-segmented to achieve the goal of automatic count.Actual application results show that the method possesses high precision.
