摘要
为了适应新形势下社会对具有创新能力的高职应用型人才的需求。实现岗位技术创新，高职院校必须准确把握人才培养目标，深入研究应用型创新人才的培养的方式与途径，探索应用型创新人才培养的新模式，不断为社会培养更多的应用型创新人才。
Under the new situation, in order to adapt the demand of the talented persons with the ability of innovation and the realization of post technological innovation, the vocational colleges must grasp the personnel training goal accurately, thoroughly study the methods and ways to raise talented persons with applied innovation, and explore new pattern to train this kind of personnel with exploration, application and innovation, unceasingly preduce more and more talented persons with applied innovation for society.
