PDCA循环理论是广泛应用于管理领域的科学理论。本文将PDCA循环理论应用于教学质量监控体系中,并基于该理论构建高校内部教学质量监控体系,构建科学的教学质量监控策划系统、教学质量监控实施系统、教学质量监控检查系统和教学质量监控处置系统,以实现教学质量的持续稳步提高。
PDCA cycle theory is a scientific theory that is widely used in the field of management.This paper applies this theory to the teaching quality monitoring systems.Based on this theory,teaching quality monitoring systems in universities are constructed,which include monitoring plan system,monitoring implementation system,monitoring inspection system and monitoring disposal system of teaching quality,in order to achieve sustained and steady improvement of teaching quality.
