摘要
目的探讨关节镜下滑膜清理联合碳酸氢钠冲洗及术后关节腔复合药物注射治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的效果。方法 2007年10月～2011年5月我科收治膝关节创伤性滑膜炎86例,采用膝关节镜下滑膜清理联合术中碳酸氢钠冲洗及术后药物注射的方法治疗,并进行随访及疗效评价。结果本组治疗后1周优良率为98.8%,其中54例随访超过1年,无一例复发。结论关节镜下滑膜清理联合碳酸氢钠冲洗及术后药物注射治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效确切,创伤小,恢复快,不易复发。
Objective To investigate the methods and curative effect of traumatic synovitis of the knee joint treated by Arthroscopic synovectomy and NaHCO3 mixed with liquor rinsing and postoperative intra-articular injection.Methods 86 cases of traumatic synovitis of the knee joint treated by arthroscopic synovectomy and NaHCO3 mixed liquor rinsing and postoperative intra-articular injection during December 2007 and May 2011 were followed up and evaluated.Results The rate of excellent results and good results in this group was 98.8% a week after operation,54 cases were followed up for over one year,with no recurrence.Conclusion Treatment of the traumatic synovitis of the knee joint with arthroscopic synovectomy and NaHCO3 mixed with liquor rinsing and postoperative intra-articular injection shows such advantages as good curative effect,minimal invasion,quick rehabilitation and low relapse rate.
