摘要
目的观察针灸配合透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例采用针灸配合透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射,对照组25例单用透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射。针灸治疗每日1次,共治疗5周。透明质酸钠注射每周注射1次,5次为1个疗程。两组患者治疗前后疗效及膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度变化进行对比。结果两组治疗后疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(Z=-2.263,P=0.024);两组患者治疗前后在膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动度改善方面比较均得到有效改善(P<0.05),治疗后疼痛和活动度改善方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。但在改善膝关节肿胀方面,两组治疗后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸配合透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射联合治疗可获得满意疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with the sodium hyaluronate injection to treat knee osteoarthritis.Methods The 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=25） and control group（n=25）.The patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with the sodium hyaluronate injection,and in control group with the sodium hyaluronate injection only.Acupuncture was performed once a day for five weeks,and the sodium hyaluronate injection was used once a week for five weeks.Then the curative effects before and after the treatment,and the pain,swelling,activity and mobility were observed and compared.Result Compared with control group,the curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher（Z=-2.263,P=0.024）.Comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment,all the patients were effectively ameliorated in pain,swelling and mobility（P 0.05）,and in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group in pain and mobility（P0.05）.But between two groups there were not effectively difference in swelling（P 0.05）.Conclusion The union treatment of acupuncture and the sodium hyaluronate injection may obtain the satisfactory effect,which is worth to be recommended in clinic.
