摘要
目的:观察自拟双芍化瘀汤治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者68例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组采用双芍化瘀汤口服,对照组采用滑膜炎颗粒口服,治疗期间嘱患者患肢制动,2组均以6 d为1个疗程,治疗5个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、疼痛、关节肿胀、功能障碍指标、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白及复发情况。结果:治疗组治愈28例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率为97.06%;对照组治愈21例,好转8例,无效5例,总有效率为85.29%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组疼痛、功能障碍等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),而肿胀指标的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后1,2个月复发率低于对照组。结论:自拟双芍化瘀汤治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Shuangshao Huayu Tang （ 双芍化瘀汤 ） in the treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods：Sixty eight cases of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was orally given Shuangshao Huayu Tang,while the control group was treated with Huamoyan Keli （ 滑膜炎颗粒） .During the treatment,limb immobilization was done for the patients.The two groups were treated for 6 days as a course of treatment.There are altogether 5 courses.The clinical efficacy, pain,joint swelling,dysfunction index,ESR,CRP and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results：In the treatment group,28 cases were cured,5 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.06%.In the control group,21 cases were cured,8 cases were improved,5 eases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 85.29%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .After treatment,the pain, dysfunction and other indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there was no statistically significant differences in swelling index （ P 〉 0.05 ） .The treatment group had the lower rate of recurrence after one and two months of treatment than the control group.After treatment,the ESR and CRP laboratory indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：Self-made Shuangshao Huayu Tang is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint.
