摘要
乳制品营养丰富,作为大众消费品其质量问题是关键。继婴幼儿奶粉事件之后我国出台了很多相应的规章制度来完善乳制品法规体系、规范和整顿乳制品市场。本文整理了当前我国国家层面上乳制品相关的法律、法规和规章,针对各个部委在分段监管环节(生产、流通、消费、全程)中制定的法律、法规和规章进行了相关阐述,分析了我国乳制品法规体系的现状。
Dairy products are rich in nutrients and their quality is key for popular consumption. Since several safety incidents of milk powder for infants and young children broke out recently in our country, the government has released a lot of relevant rules and regulations to perfect the legal system of dairy products as well as rectify and regulate the dairy products market. This article summarizes the current laws, statutes and regulations of dairy products at the state level, and reviews administrative laws, statutes and regulations concerning the production, circulation and consumption of dairy products enacted by various administrative agencies of the state council. At the same time, the present situation of our country's legal system concerning dairy products is analyzed here.
