摘要
从微生物检验项目、采样方法、微生物检验要求等角度,分析了世界各国法规及标准中的乳品微生物检验规定。总结了世界各国的乳品微生物检验要求及特点,以及对我国制订乳品微生物限量标准的借鉴意义。
The regulations and standards of milk microorganism in the world were compared and analyzed by means of inspection item,sampling method and demands of microorganism inspection. And character of maximum limits for milk microorganisms in the world was summarized.
