摘要
目的调查儿科监护室患儿家长与护理人员对优质护理指征的认知,为优质护理提供依据。方法自行设计优质护理认知调查问卷,对儿科监护室护士及患儿家长进行调查。结果护士与患儿家长对优质护理的认知存在差异,二者既有共同观点,又有各自独特见解。结论护士对患儿家长优质护理指征的准确把握是提供优质护理提高家长满意度的前提。
Objective Investigate the awareness of good quality care for all the pediatric intensive care unit （PICU） nurses and parents of sick children, which will provide a basis for good quality care. Methods Design a questionnaire with the knowledge of good quality care, and then investigate on all the PICU nurses and the parents. Results There are significant differences on the cognition of good quality care between PICU nurses and the parents of sick children. They hold common point of views, while some of them have their own unique opinions. Conclusion Having a concrete idea of the characteristics of good quality care for all nurses is the premise for providing good nursing and for enhancing patients＇ satisfaction.
