摘要
在对1 300名医学生进行问卷调查的基础上,了解医学生的专业承诺和学习自我效能感的现状及关系。结果显示:临床医学及与临床相关的专业学生的专业承诺高于药学、预防医学、法医、医事法律和卫管等专业;感情承诺、理想承诺和规范承诺等因素是学习自我效能感的有效预测变量。在调查分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了若干教育对策。
In the research, we choose 1300 medical students as objects of questionnaire to study the condition of and relationship between medical students' commitment to major and perceived academic self-efficacy. The results indicate that the commitment to major of clinical and correlative major students is higher than that of pharmic, preventive medicine, medical jurisprudence, medical law and health administration students ; affective commitment, ideal commitment and normative commitment are the efficiency predictor variable for perceived academic self-efficacy. And we accordingly put forward some educational countermeasures.
