摘要
目的 探讨青光眼滤过性手术出现持续性浅前房的原因及处理效果。方法 对我院 1995年至 1997年期间住院的10 2例 10 8眼青光眼滤过性手术 ,对其中 2 8例 2 8眼发生持续性浅前房的原因进行分析及治疗观察。结果 2 8例 2 8眼持续性浅前房 ,主要原因为滤过引流过分通畅引起。采取保守治疗及前房注入粘弹剂等方法 ,收到满意效果。结论 找出青光眼滤过性手术后浅前房的原因 ,并采用积极的治疗措施 ,达到预防及治疗的目的。
Objective To investigate the cause and the therapeutic effects of shallow anterior chamber caused by filtrating operation in glaucoma.Methods 28 eyes with constant shallow anterior chamber selected from 108 cases during 1995 1997 were analyzed and cured.Results The shallow anterior chamber mainly resulted from over drainage.Conclusion The shallow anterior chamber was caused by over drainage while doing the filtrating operation for glaucoma and could be cured and prevented effectively.
