摘要
目的观察通脉方对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病合并有心绞痛发作病史及心电图有慢性ST-T改变患者,随机分为联合组及对照组各40例,两组常规给予西药种类,剂量不变,联合组另加自拟通脉方,观察的前1天及2个月后,分别做静息状态下常规12导联心电图及心绞痛发作情况。结果联合组在心绞痛疗效及心电图ST-T改善方面总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通脉方治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,且具有较好的安全性。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongmai Recipe on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect and safety.
