摘要
目的对通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚证)的临床疗效进行再评价。方法采用随机、多中心临床研究。52例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为两组,对照组维持原来使用西药种类和剂量不变。试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用通脉养心丸,40丸/次,每日2次口服。疗程28d。结果试验组在室性早搏综合疗效、中医证候总积分方面显著改善,24h动态心电图室性早搏次数显著减少,明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚证)疗效确切。
Objective To revaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Tongmaiyangxin pill for treatment of ventricular premature in coronary heart disease with deficiency syndrome of both Qi and yin. Methods Fifty - two patients with ventricular premature beat in coronary heart disease with deficiency syndrome of both Qi and yin were randomly divided into two groups：Test group treated with Tongmaiyangxin pill and control group treated with routine medicine for 28 days. Results The effective rate of ventricular premature, the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,the frequency of premature beats in test group were better than that in con- trol group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tongmaiyangxin pill was effective for treatment of ventricular premature in coronary heart disease with deficiency syndrome of both Qi and yin.
