不同配比的稻草秸秆培养料对鸡腿菇生长发育影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 鸡腿菇是世界卫生组织(WHO)和联合国粮农组织(FAO)公认的集"天然,营养,保健"三种功能为一体的珍稀菌种。试验主要固体配方选用了肥西地区普遍种植的、就地取材的稻草秸秆,作为鸡腿菇的培养料。以菌丝生长量为指标,以期筛选出适宜肥西地区栽培的秸秆固体培养配方和培养条件,以不加稻草秸秆的培养料配方为对照(CK),再设置4个处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ,分别加入稻草秸秆培养料90%、80%、70%、60%,同时每个处理设3个重复。稻草秸秆固体配方的比例不同对鸡腿菇的生长发育,子实体外观形态,生物学效率以及经济效率有着显著地影响。从而筛选出肥西地区鸡腿菇生长的最优稻草秸秆固体培养料配方。 Coprinns the World Health Organization (WHO) and FAO (FAO) recognized set of " nutrition, health, natural" three functions as one of the rare species.
