摘要
健美操已作为非奥运竞赛项目走向了世界,我国健美操竞技水平也已达国际领先水平.而安徽省健美操教练员的知识结构存在知识范围过窄、领域单一、结构失衡等不足,在教练员培养上存在一定的问题,影响了安徽省健美操竞技水平的发展.本文提出了加强陈述性知识学习、提高程序性知识能力、增加默许性知识的建议,并对教练员有效培养途径以及应解决的问题进行了探讨.采用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法对新时期我省健美操教练员知识需求、结构与教练员的培养进行了研究.
As a non-Olympic Games item, goes forward to world, and sports aerobics have already taken up in the top of the world. While our province trainer＇s knowledge structure has some problems such as narrow knowledge scope, the monotonous domain and unbalanced structure. There are a couple of issues in coach＇s cultivation. The paper put forward some suggestions such as strengthening the statement declarative knowledge study, sharpening the procedural knowledge ability and increasing the scientific consented to the tacit knowledge, and discussed the effective training methods of coach and some problems which must be solved. Through the literature material, investigation, mathematical statistics, the knowledge requirement, structure and training measures of aerobics coach in our province in new era were studied.
