摘要
采用自行编制的教练员知识需求问卷和岗位培训信息调查表,对2006年参加国家体育总局干部培训中心举办的国家级教练员岗位培训的165名教练员进行了问卷调查。了解了目前国内教练员的知识需求状况以及对本次培训的相关评价,并提出了一些建议。
Both questionnaires of coaches＇ knowledge demanding and career training information are developed and the author investigates into a training program in National Administration of Sports in which 165 advanced coaches are involved. Some useful conclusions are drawn and some suggestions are put forward.
