摘要
结合高速公路项目风险的特点,对其施工进度风险进行识别,确定了影响高速公路项目施工进度的40项初始风险指标;采用专家打分法确定各初始风险指标的满意度;利用因子分析法在数据处理上的优势,对样本数据进行分析,继而建立了高速公路项目施工进度的风险指标体系.
Forty initial risk indicators which influence the highway project construction schedule are detemined by uniting the characteristics of the highway project risk and identifying its construction schedule risk. The expert scoring method is used to determine the satisfaction degree of each initial risk indicator. The sample data are analyzed by using factor analysis, subsequently a risk index system of the highway project construction schedule is built.
