摘要
近年来,国外发表的有关网络计划的论文主要分为三类:一是有关不确定型活动时间的估计方法;二是关于时间——费用问题的论述;第三类文章探讨资源约束网络计划问题。这种几乎全然忽略了计划的动态性质,而集中于以上三个领域的情况是非常引人注意和引入深思的。之所以如此,多半是由于所有计划都需要对未来事件、对完成任务所需要的时间和对获得资源的可能性作出估计。实际项目并不能简单归为哪一类,但都在不同程度上涉及以上三个方面的问题。另外,计划中成百上千的活动也是问题之一。考虑到这些因素和计划的动态性,就要求计划方法必须是灵活的、现代化的和易于使用的;
An outline is given to the development of PERT / CPM technique in foreign countries; these three areas are methods for handling uncertain activity duration, optimal planning when there are alternative time-cost options and planning when there are resources constraints. And some comments are made.
