To begin with the significance of engineering construction quality and schedule,the paper analyzes the relation between highway engineering project constructions schedule and quality,and explores how to do with the relation between the quality and schedule,which has laid theoretical foundation for creating fine projects with high quality,high speed,and high efficiency.
