摘要
光伏专业实行"双导师制"人才培养模式适应了高等教育和光伏产业发展的需要,为学生的成长与成才提供了切实的指导与帮助,增强了学生社会能力和职业能力,缩短了学生与社会的距离,受到了学生、企业与社会的好评。为此,就新余学院光伏专业"双导师制"人才培养模式的研究和实践进行了阐述。
＂Dual tutorial system＂ training model of PV major adapts to the needs of the development of higher education and photovoltaic industry,which provides practical guidance and help to the growth and success for the students,enhances the students social skills and professional capabilities,and shortens the distance between students and society.Therefore,it gains high prize from students,society and business ventures.This article describes our school＇s research and practical mode of ＂double tutorial system＂.
