摘要
通过宏观观察、显微组织观察、化学成分分析、力学性能试验和断口分析等方法,对方钻杆内螺纹接头的刺漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:方钻杆内螺纹接头发生了疲劳失效,疲劳裂纹不断扩展至穿透壁厚,造成其发生刺漏。钻具振动及水龙头转动过程中发生的甩动引起与之连接的方钻杆上产生的交变弯曲应力,是导致方钻杆内螺纹接头最末几扣螺纹根部应力集中严重处发生疲劳失效的主要原因。
Reasons of kelly box washout were analyzed by means of macro observation, optical microscope, chemical analysis, mechanical test and fracture analysis. The results show that fatigue happened to the kelly box and fatigue crack extending to the outer surface led to the washout. Vibration and swing of swivel in rotating raised the alternate bending stress on the kelly, which were the main reason of fatigue on the last several thread roots of kelly box.
