摘要
介绍如何使用Renishaw激光干涉仪测量数控插齿机的重复定位精度和定位精度误差,根据JB/T6342.1-2006标准,确定数控插齿机的定位精度和重复定位精度,并进行误差分析,为进一步进行误差补偿提供基础。
It was introduced that how to use Renishaw Laser interferometer to measure repeat location precision and errors of nc gear slotting machine, according to the standard of JB/T6342.1-2006, location precision and repeat location precision were confirmed, and errors analysis was did to proved foundation for the forward errors compensation.
