摘要
针对中原油田老井特点，对１３９－７ 套管内老井重钻（ 侧钻和加深） 进行了分析。根据１０ 余口井的施工情况，重点介绍了１３９－７ 套管定向开窗侧钻小眼井的工程设计、定向开窗、轨迹控制、钻头使用、钻井方式对比、扩眼效果分析，井下安全预防措施及完井工艺等钻井技术特点。针对现存问题进行分析并提出了几点建议。
According to the old well characteristics,the paper analyses the old well re-entry technology (sidetracking and deeping)in 139.7 casing in Zhongyuan Oilfield.Through the redrilling practices of more than ten old wells,the paper introduces directional sidetracking slim hole technology in 139 7 casing,especially drilling design,oriented window milling,trajectory control,bit uses,selection of drilling method,hole reaming,downhole safety precaution and completion technique etc.some drilling technique features.Finally,it analyses occuring questions and gives some suggestion.
