摘要
目前,单牙轮钻头的牙齿使用的是三牙轮钻头的牙齿。由于单牙轮钻头的结构、运动规律和破岩方式与三牙轮钻头有很大区别,使得单牙轮钻头特有的作用及潜力受到限制。建立了单牙轮钻头的坐标系,推导出几何公式,并引入有向距离的概念对单牙轮钻头的牙齿进行研究。根据等磨损原理,提出适用于单牙轮钻头的结构特点和运动规律的牙齿齿形,并提出新的布齿方案,即,在牙轮工作面的永远接触区域内使用轴对称的牙齿;在轮换接触区域内使用椭圆形牙齿。
The single cone bit has potential prosperity that differentiated with tri-cone bit and PDC bit. However,the teeth of the single cone bit were same with those of tri-cone bit. Thus,the effi- ciency and advantages was seriously confined because the single cone bit was differentiated with tri-cone bit in structure,moving pattern and cutting rocks. The teeth of the single cone bit were studied geometrically based on the calculation of the contacting percentage of each point of the teeth using the mathematical principle of directional distance. The conclusion was made that a kind of teeth with new shape were fit for the single cone bit suitable for the structure and moving pattern to maintain similar life for different teeth. A new plan to arrange the teeth of the single cone bit was put forward that the axial-symmetry teeth should be set in the continuous-contacting area of the cone and the new teeth should be set on the discontinuous-contacting area of the cone.
